The VFW Post 12136 Honor Guard participated in its first military rites service for a deceased veteran  in June, 2016.  Under the leadership of Cpt Pete Sturtevant, Lt Jim Jones, Lt Tom Windt, and Lt George Baker, our Honor Guard has participated in over 600 funerals or memorial services as of December 2024.
